The executives shaping your industry's conversation aren't necessarily the most qualified. They're just the most visible.
Strategic executive ghostwriting partnership for CEOs and founders who want to own the industry conversation without spending hours in front of a blank page.
Book my strategy callHere is what staying quiet is costing you.
Speaking invitations go to executives whose names come up in rooms you should be in. Board positions, media features, keynote stages follow visibility, and visibility follows a consistent, credible public voice.
The executives earning that visibility are not necessarily the most experienced people in your field. What they have is a communication strategy and someone executing it. Week after week, in exactly the places your peers and prospects are paying attention.
Meanwhile you are running a company. The thinking is there. The perspective is real. The insights accumulated over years of hard decisions are worth sharing. What is missing is the time, the process, and the strategic direction to turn that expertise into a public presence that compounds.
Every month without one is a month someone else uses to occupy ground that should be yours.
The problem is not finding a ghostwriter. It is finding one who actually understands you.
You can tell within two paragraphs when a CEO has hired a ghostwriting agency. The thinking is generic. The voice is polished but hollow. It reads like a LinkedIn template that learned to wear a suit.
This happens for one reason: the writer never had access to how the executive actually thinks.
Most ghostwriters work from a brief. They ask about your goals, your audience, your key messages and then produce content that ticks those boxes. What a brief cannot capture is your actual reasoning, your particular way of framing problems, the specific observations that make your perspective worth following. The result is content that is technically correct and strategically invisible. Polished enough to publish. Forgettable enough to scroll past.
There are firms that will assign a team of writers to your account. You will speak to a senior strategist — someone with an impressive credential and a journalism pedigree — and then be handed to writers who have never heard you think out loud. The credential that sold you the engagement is not the credential doing the work.
This is not a gap in their execution. It is a structural problem with their model.
What The Executive Quill actually does.
Before a word gets written, I learn how you think.
Not from a brief. From a deep-dive session where we go through how you frame problems, what you actually believe about your industry, the language you use when you are being direct rather than diplomatic. I review what you have already said publicly: interviews, keynotes, talks, any existing content. I understand where your business is going, not just where you want to be perceived.
Only then does the writing start.
I personally write every piece, be it an article, post, thread, or speech. There are no account managers between you and the work. No junior writers producing a first draft I polish. One partner, one point of accountability, one person who has spent real time inside your thinking before putting words under your name.
The Quill Method
Four phases. One principle: content written without deep voice immersion produces content. Content written after it produces authority.
Discovery and Deep Dive
A comprehensive session covering your worldview, your communication style, your industry positioning, and where you want your public voice to be in twelve months. We review your existing public record — talks, interviews, written pieces — and conduct stakeholder conversations where relevant. This is the foundation. Everything downstream depends on getting it right.
Voice and Style Mapping
We produce your Voice Guide: a detailed document capturing your vocabulary, your preferred frameworks, your tone across different contexts, and the key themes you want to own. This document governs every piece we produce. When you leave, it leaves with you. A complete record of your own communication style, documented and yours to keep.
Content Creation
Writing begins. Articles, posts, threads, speeches, publication pieces delivered on a rolling calendar. Every piece goes through a collaborative review before it reaches a publish button. The calendar adjusts in real time; when something shifts in your industry worth responding to, we respond.
Impact and Refinement
A monthly session to review what is working, track the metrics that matter — speaking invitations, inbound inquiries, media mentions, peer recognition — and adjust accordingly. Impressions are noted. Influence is what gets measured.
Choose your level of engagement.
Both partnerships begin with a Discovery and Deep Dive Session and Voice and Style Mapping — the foundation work, included at no additional cost. Individual value: $3,000.

Get in touchOn AI and executive writing.
Generative AI has changed content creation across industries. Executives who understand this are already asking the right question: not whether AI can write their content, but whether AI-written content can actually work for them at this level.
Consider how AI works in music. Someone without a musical background can ask an AI to generate a track in any genre. The output is usable. A professional musician — someone who understands harmony, arrangement, and production — uses the same tools to produce something that could not have come from anyone else. The tool is identical. The craft behind it is not.
The same applies here. AI in the hands of someone without deep writing expertise produces content that reads like AI. Experienced readers in your industry — peers, press, potential partners — will feel it before they can name it. For executives building authority, that recognition carries a cost.
The question is not whether AI has a role in your content workflow. The question is whether the strategic judgment, the voice calibration, and the craft behind what goes out under your name comes from someone who has spent years developing those things.
A few things worth settling before you reach out.
Will it actually sound like me?
That is the whole job. Before writing a word, I build a Voice Guide from a deep-dive session — your vocabulary, your frameworks, your reasoning style, your tone across different contexts. Clients tell me their own teams cannot tell the difference. The goal is not content that sounds good. It is content that sounds like you, only more consistently expressed.
How much of my time does this take?
Two to three hours a month. One deep-dive session at the start to build your Voice Guide. One monthly call to review performance and align on the next month. The rest is handled. You get the authority without doing the writing.
Why work with one person rather than a team?
Because for this kind of work, a team is the problem. The value of executive thought leadership is specificity — how precisely the content captures your thinking. A team working from a brief produces competent content. Competent content does not build industry authority. One person who has spent significant time inside your thinking does. There is no account manager coordinating writers who have never heard you think out loud. The strategic depth required for genuine thought leadership cannot be delegated.
What if it does not sound like me?
That is precisely why the process starts the way it does. Before writing a single word, I document your communication patterns, your reasoning style, your vocabulary, and your authentic tone across different contexts. Every piece then goes through a collaborative review. If something does not sound like you, I refine it until it does. Your voice is the foundation, not a reference document consulted after the fact.
Who owns the content?
You do. Every word produced under your name belongs to you from the moment it is delivered. Strict confidentiality applies throughout. Your Voice Guide is yours to keep. None of your content is ever reused or repurposed.
A few more questions.
How is the partnership investment calculated?
Each deliverable has an individual rate. The partnership model applies a 30% discount on the combined monthly total in exchange for the ongoing engagement. Individual rates for reference:
- LinkedIn article (800–1,200 words)$900
- LinkedIn post$150
- X thread (5–8 tweets)$450
- X post$150
- Industry publication piece (2,000+ words)$2,000
- Keynote speech / op-ed / executive summary$3,000
- Additional document (conference presentation, award acceptance, contributed article, executive briefing, or equivalent)$1,000
- Executive bio$2,000
- LinkedIn profile optimization$2,000
Both partnerships also include a Discovery and Deep Dive Session and Voice and Style Mapping at no additional cost — combined individual value of $3,000.
How is this different from hiring a freelance ghostwriter?
A freelance ghostwriter executes what you brief them to write. The Executive Quill works the other way — I build a comprehensive picture of your thinking before proposing what gets written and why. Every piece is positioned within a broader influence strategy, not produced as a standalone request. The relationship is a strategic partnership with a defined direction, not a transactional service with an open brief.
Why do you limit the number of clients?
One Platinum partner, three Gold partners. That is the ceiling. The quality of this work depends entirely on genuine immersion in each partner's thinking and industry. Beyond four, that immersion becomes superficial. This is not a volume business and is not designed to become one.
What happens when you are at full capacity?
Prospective partners are added to a priority waitlist. Positions typically open every quarter or six months. The waitlist is short — I contact people in order when a spot becomes available.
How long until I see results?
Content quality improves from the first pieces delivered. Measurable positioning — speaking invitations, inbound inquiries, media mentions, peer recognition — typically develops over three to six months of consistent output. Month one builds the record. Month three is when it starts to compound.
Do you work with clients internationally?
Yes. The work is fully remote. Time zone alignment is handled during onboarding.
What services are available outside of a partnership?
Select services are available by request — speeches, executive bios, LinkedIn profile optimization, and individual articles or publication pieces. These are subject to availability and priced at individual rates. Priority always goes to active partners. For book development, get in touch for scope and pricing.
If your expertise is worth leading with, it is worth being heard.
The strategy call is thirty minutes. We discuss your current position, where you want your public voice to be, and whether there is a genuine fit. No pitch deck. If there is alignment, I follow up with a partnership proposal. If there is not, I will tell you directly.
