The Executive Quill is a boutique executive ghostwriting practice operated by Sid Sharma. Our website is theexecutivequill.com.

What information we collect

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form or book a strategy call, we collect the information you provide — your name, work email address, phone number, company name, and job title. We also collect any details you share in your message or pre-call questionnaire.

If you become a client, we collect additional professional information necessary to deliver the service — including writing samples, business context, and communication preferences — shared directly by you during our engagement.

We do not use cookies beyond what WordPress requires for basic site functionality. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics beyond standard hosting logs.

How we use your information

Information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for strategy calls, and deliver the services you engage us for. We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit agreement.

Who we share it with

Nobody. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. The only exception is if we are required to disclose it by law.

Client work — content produced, strategy discussed, business information shared — is treated as strictly confidential. It is never referenced, repurposed, or disclosed.

How long we keep it

Inquiry information is retained for as long as needed to respond to your request. Client information is retained for the duration of the engagement and for two years afterward, then deleted unless you request otherwise.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you at any time. Email sid@theexecutivequill.com and we will respond within 48 hours.
